      Dear Visitor,

       Here you'll find sample tours for 1, 2 and 3 days. No visa is required for these shore excursions as I will arrange visa-free exit from the cruise ship for you. All tours are completely private. You'll have your personal tour guide and a comfortable car / van for the entire duration of your tour. You will not have to join any tourist groups unles you specifically require sharing the tour and other tourists agree to this option. 

       1-DAY TOURS
       Here You will need to choose from the following options:
       Option 1: you can spend this day in St. Petersburg taking a Panoramic city tour by car and boat with inside visits to: Peter and Paul Fortress, St.Isaac's Cathedral, Church on the Blood and a general highlights tour of the Hermitage.
       Option 2: you can choose to spend morning outside the city, visiting either Peterhof (tour of the Peterhof fountain gardens) or the Catherine Palace ensemble in Tsarskoye Selo. In the afternoon - a tour of the Hermitage museum and a river and canal boat tour, that will give you a very good idea of St. Petersburg city centre.

        2 DAYS' SHORE EXCURSION
        This program is recommended to those visitors, who are in St.Petersburg for the first time. Note, that the program can be customized to meet Your interests and needs.

        DAY 1
        St. Petersburg city tour with stops in the most picturesque and famous places, short walks and picture taking. Inside visits to Peter and Paul Fortress (the foundation place of Petersburg and the burial vault of the Romanov tsars), St.Isaac's Cathedral (the largest church of Russia before the revolution and the 4th largest cupola structure of the world), Church on the Blood (the world's largest museum of mosaics), the Hermitage (one of the top world famous artistic and historic museums having over 3 mln exibits).
        Lunch in a local place according to Your choice.
        A river and canal boat trip of St. Petersburg historic downtown will provide you a totally different angle to view the city. A comfortable Bayliner Capri powerboat will take you slowly in the narrow canals and fast on the Grand Neva river.
        DAY 2
        A trip outside the city to the town of Pushkin (former Tsarskoye Selo) to visit the Catherine Palace and Park ensemble (incl. the Amber room).
        A trip to Peterhof (Petrodvorets) and a tour of gardens and fountains of the Russian Versaillez.
        Lunch on the grounds of Peterhof.
        A short trip by St. Petersburg underground (subway). According to your wish, You can have some time alotted for shopping.

    
   3 DAYS' SHORE EXCURSION
        No visa is required. The program is recommended for those visitors, who are in St.Petersburg for the first time. Note, that the program can be customized to meet your interests and needs.

       DAY 1
        St. Petersburg city tour. During the tour you'll have stops for picture-taking and short walks in the most picturesque and famous places of St.Petersburg, the tour is combined with inside visits to the most famous museums of our city and a river and canal tour by boat.
        A visit to St.Isaac's Cathedral, that was built to be the main church of Russia. Nowadays it's an outstanding museum of religious art, featuring paintings, frescos, mosaics, sculpture, etc.
        A visit to the Church on the Blood, the world's largest museum of mosaics (7000 sq.m. of mosaics total) it's a combination of old Russian church building traditions and technical achievements of the 20th century.
        A tour of Peter and Paul Fortress. The very first building of our city, the birthplace of St.Petersburg nowadays is the museum of Petersburg history. St. Apostles Peter and Paul  Cathedral on the territory of the fortress is the burial vault of all the Romanov tsars starting from Peter the Great.
        A visit to the Yussoupov Palace. An exquisite home of one of the wealthiest families of old Russia offers two expositions: one is dedicated to the way of life of a noble family before the revolution and the other providing a touch of mystery will take you to the part of the palace where Gregory Rasputin was assassinated.
        A boat tour by a Bayliner Capri powerboat will allow you to cover a route twice larger than a regular boat will do. You'll enjoy the quietness of narrow canals and grand views of St. Petersburg gala centre from the Neva river.
        DAY 2
        A trip outside the city to the town of Pushkin (former Tsarskoye Selo) to visit the Catherine Palace and Park, created for Empress Elizabeth, the daughter of the founder of our city Peter the Great in opulent baroque style. Lavish interiours include the famous Amber room.
        Return to the city, lunch in a local place of Your choice.
        A visit to the Hermitage museum. One of the world's largest and most famous museums is a must-see in St.Petersburg. You'll visit the reception rooms of the Winter Palace (the former official winter residence of the Romanov tsars) and see the highlights of the Hermitage fine arts collection.
        DAY 3
        A trip to Peterhof. In the famous Russian Versaillez You will tour the Grand Peterhof Palace and Peterhof gardens and fountains.
        Lunch on the gounds of Peterhof.
        Return to the city. An underground (subway) trip on the way back will provide You an idea of what the Russian metro is like. St. Petersburg underground system is known as the deepest in the world.
